According to Barbara Arnold from The Cottesloe Counselling Center in her article “Self Esteem” in 2007, “Our self esteem can affect the way we feel and think about ourselves, affect our behavior, and have a marked effect on how we interact with others and how we perceive our place in the world.”

It isn’t good the sensation and the feeling of feeling with a very low self esteem, its important that people recognize what is her problem and why they are feeling with that insecure so they can work hard to improve.

Its uncomfortable that feeling, you react with an unkindness attitude and that is transmitted to the people you are with.

The families are not perfect, so if problems occurred they need to be solved by talking and expressing what every person of the family thinks and feels about what was going on.

Try to tell a person that you trust what is that weird feeling that you feel, knowing that your parents can help you and hear you.

The relationship between your family has to do with it, if you feel confidence and able to talk with your family can improve with other people, the first strategy is accepting your feeling and express what is happening and when.
