Every person want to have a good relationship with their family, there are many children that if they had a problem with someone of his/her family thinks that everything its wrong and can affect in bad ways, thoughts, feelings, reactions, etc.
Also we all have experiences and changing issues that change our life with our self esteem.
Mostly teenagers start having problems about this because they are changing and growing, it is normal to feel with insecurity but if its happening constantly you should talk with someone that you want and its close to you.
Probably if your self esteem is very low has to do with child problems, like “being bullied, not fitting in with friends, not good accepted in your family, lower grades and be disappointed of your whole effort” (Self Esteem), etc.
Its important to know that our own self esteem can effect the way we see the things, the way we think about us, the communication and interaction between people and how we perceive and see the things that happened to us.
Its good to perceive and know what we are good at and what we need to improve, but the problem is about the things we aren’t so good we have mental problems and start thinking bad of ourselves.
Sometimes if we see a guy talking bad of me behind my back I probably will feel lonely and with a very low self esteem, that are the things we need to improve.
Stop thinking that every single person in this world hate you, that’s not true.
Stop thinking that everyone talks bad things behind your backs, that doesn’t happen and if it did what would you do to change it? You are only hurting yourself, do not care about the others and what they think care about you.
