Spend the day with friends exploring the community and experiencing exciting adventures ! Participants can expect to socialize , play games , and visit local destinations . Sign up for all , or choose only the ones that interest you . Each event has a separate fee to cover the cost of admission , staff , and transportation . Each trip will incorporate a group lunch .

Goals :
A valid state-issued ID verifying your age as 21 or older is required each week .
Please bring $ 20 - $ 25 to cover the cost of lunch each week unless noted .

Pollinators in the Prairie
Date : Wednesday , September 25 Location : Hawthorn Hollow , Kenosha WI
Let ' s explore Hawthorn Hollow together ! While there , the staff will tell us about the pollinators working so hard to help our local environment . We may even catch a few to observe and release . We will have lunch together at Culvers to prepare for our day in the hollow .

Horticultural Therapy Program
Date : Wednesday , October 2 Location : Chicago Botanic Garden , Glencoe
Spend the day in the beauty of the Buehler Enabling Garden with the horticultural therapy staff guiding us in nature-based activities designed just for us ! We will walk over to the Garden Cafe for lunch and may explore other parts of the garden if time allows .
