ZACH GREENBERG
Zach Greenberg serves as a legal and policy advisor in the North Dakota Office of the Governor , where he applies his legal expertise to support the state ’ s growth and development . Originally from Winnipeg , Manitoba , Greenberg moved to the United States at 18 on an athletic scholarship to the University of Minnesota Crookston . After four years , he returned to Canada to pursue opportunities to play professional football while also working as a policy analyst for the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba .
Seeking to deepen his legal knowledge , Greenberg returned to the U . S . to attend the University of North Dakota School of Law . During law school , he took on leadership roles as president of the Business Law Association and vice president of the Sports Law Students Association . His practical experience expanded through an externship with Galstad , Jensen , McCann , P . A ., where he gained valuable courtroom experience working on student-practice papers as the city attorney for East Grand Forks , Minn . This experience proved essential in his current role advising the governor on matters such as pardons and extraditions .
During his 3L year , Greenberg had the opportunity to extern with the governor ’ s office during the 2023 Legislative Session , which paved the way for a full-time role upon graduation . Since being admitted to the bar , he has focused on providing legal and policy guidance on legislative and regulatory matters , contributing to initiatives that promote workforce development , housing affordability , and agricultural sustainability .
Outside of work , Greenberg enjoys watching sports , staying active , and exploring new places . He remains dedicated to leveraging his skills and legal expertise to serve others .
ALLISHA VOGEL
Allisha Vogel is an associate attorney at Ebeltoft Sickler Lawyers PLLC in Dickinson . Vogel graduated from the University of North Dakota ( UND ) School of Law in fall 2021 . During her time at UND , she was selected to compete on the Phi Alpha Delta Mock Trial Team and was selected as a North Dakota Law Review member . Additionally , she held the position of co-director of internals on the UND Moot Court Board . Upon graduation , Vogel was inducted into the Order of Barristers . She is licensed to practice in North Dakota and
Montana , and works on a wide variety of cases , but primarily focuses on general civil litigation , business matters , and real estate transactions . She currently serves as a board member of the Stark County Fair Association .
Prior to her time in law school , Vogel attended college at Dickinson State University ( DSU ), where she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor ’ s degree in accounting and business and a minor in leadership studies . Vogel was the recipient of the Boyd Binde Outstanding Senior in Accounting Award and was awarded a Sigma Beta Delta Fellowship . While a member of the DSU community , she competed on the DSU rodeo team , was a student senator , a member of DSU Collegiate Farm Bureau , chapter president of DSU Phi Beta Lambda , state vice president of operations of North Dakota Phi Beta Lambda , and was a member of DSU ’ s prestigious Theodore Roosevelt Honors Leadership Program . Vogel served as commencement speaker and was named outstanding graduate in spring 2019 .
Vogel was born and raised in Dickinson . In her spare time , she is passionate about spending time with her horses . She has been riding horse for as long as she can remember and has competed in rodeos since third grade . She currently competes in goat tying and barrel racing . When Vogel is not riding horse or rodeoing , she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling . Vogel and her husband , Briar , were blessed with their first child in March .
