ABIGAYLE LINDREN
Abigayle Lindgren is an associate attorney at Zimney Foster P . C . She is a licensed attorney and title insurance agent in North Dakota and Minnesota . Her areas of practice are real estate , estate planning , probate law , and business matters .
Lindgren graduated from the University of North
Dakota with a bachelor ' s degree in political science and a minor in public administration in December 2015 . In May 2019 , she graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law ( UNL ), earning her juris doctor . During her time in law school , she participated in UNL ’ s Entrepreneurship Clinic for which she provided advice to entrepreneurs on early-stage legal matters . She was also involved in client counseling competitions and was vice president of the UNL Federalist Society Student Chapter .
In her free time , she enjoys volunteering in her community as a board member of the Greater Grand Forks Young Professionals , which is a nonprofit organization that encourages young professionals to network and stay in rural communities . She also enjoys curling in the winter and spending her summer weekends at the lake with her family .
DIERRA DIEGEL
Dierra Diegel currently resides in Fargo and has been practicing law for just over a year , focusing entirely on criminal defense . She is licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota , as well as in the federal district of North Dakota . Throughout her year in practice , she has represented individuals charged with infraction , misdemeanor , and felony level offenses .
Diegel has lived in North Dakota since she was three years old and grew up in Valley City . Growing up in a small town , she learned the value of hard work and relationships , which she emphasizes heavily in her practice . She ensures her clients she will not be outworked . In addition , she emphasizes they are not merely a case number and tries to develop and maintain a deeper relationship with the client , as she has found this generally leads to a happier client .
After high school , Diegel graduated from Valley City State University where she was a member of the women ’ s basketball team . Diegel graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2022 . In her free time , Diegel is usually doing something with family . Her adopted little sister was born with Down Syndrome , and she is absolutely Diegel ’ s “ why ” in life . When she ’ s not working , Diegel is usually supporting her little sister at the Special Olympics , the Able Games , Gigi ’ s Playhouse , or other events .
