Alpha Omega Academy has created orientation videos for new and returning students to watch so that they better understand the school ? s policies and procedures . These videos can be found on the virtual campus which is the first option listed under External Links on the Genius dashboard .
These videos , found under the Student Resources category on the Virtual Campus , include : information on academic support options and policies , information on how to get involved , information on the Student Center , and much more ! It is recommended that all AOA students watch these videos .
Several Alpha Omega students gave feedback about the new orientation videos . AOA student Jazmyne S . said , ? They were very informative . They helped me to be able to navigate through the home page and my school page . I think that they were really well done . If someone is a first time student or has been here for a while it is still good to refresh .?
Karliegh P ., a sophomore at AOA said , ? I thought they were very informative and helped to solidify the rules .?
Sophomore Eva R . said , ? I thought they were very informative . Though most of the material was already covered on the course expectations lessons , these went a little more in-depth . It is very helpful for new students who don ' t know much about AOA ' s rules .?

Calling all AOA student photographers ! The Blue Umbrella will be hosting its first photo contest .
The topic of this photo contest is :
What do you love about autumn and winter the most ? Show this love through digital pictures .
? Please limit your submissions to three per student .
? The submission must be digital photography . We love drawings and sketches , but they do not do well in the transition to digital .
? Photos must be taken by the student entering the contest .
