IMPORTANT HOUSING DATES
Students can find all important housing dates and deadlines for the 2019-2020 academic year on
the Residence Life portal.
Break Extension Requests
All residence halls are closed during vacation breaks. Students requesting to stay on campus
while the residence halls are closed are required to submit a Break Extension form on the
Residence Life portal. Additional information on break extension requests will be emailed to your
Stevenson email in late August. Please note, a request is not an automatic approval

Thanksgiving Break (Nov. 26-Dec. 1) Wednesday, November 6, 2019
Winter Break (December 13-January 26)* Wednesday, November 6, 2019
Spring Break (March 13-March 22) Wednesday, February 21, 2020
Check Out Late in May (May 16) Friday, May 1, 2020
*All residence halls will be closed between Thursday, December 19 through Thursday, January 2, 2020.
No residents may remain on campus during this time.
Students who wish to remain on campus during any of the above break dates must submit a request.
