GIRLS
BASKETBALL
LOOKS TO REBOUND
Our Saddle Brook Falcons Girls Basketball team has completed its season with determination and growth! The girls finished with an overall record of 3-20 and an American division record of 2-8 in NJIC, showing significant improvement from previous years. Head coach Joe Colombo reflected on the season, saying, “It’s been a tough season but a fun one. We’ve had our share of ups and downs, but the team is playing hard with great P.A.C.E.—Positive Attitude, Consistent Effort, and Energy.”
A special shoutout to graduating senior Bella LaGuardia, who led the team in scoring and three-point shooting while commanding the court as the Falcons' point guard. Another big recognition goes to defensive standouts Brianna Colon (senior) and Za’Layah Law (sophomore) for their relentless efforts in shutting down opposing scorers. Additionally, junior Sonila Huli proved to be a dominant force on the boards, ranking among the team’s top rebounders this season.
