Dropped on January 12, 2024, he dropped American Dream with a total of 14 songs for his listeners. As a sneak peak to his album, he filmed a “movie trailer” representing his life and how he grew up. In it stars Caleb McLaughlin and a younger 21, and Donald Glover, or Childish Gambino, as his older self. The short film shows him arriving in America and starting his life here while playing the song “all of me” from his album. “All of me” discusses the themes of loyalty, street life, and struggles of success. Another great song on his album is “dark days” which some listeners believe is the song that has the most meaning. Featuring Mariah the Scientist, the “a lot” rapper discusses how important it is to always love yourself and keep pushing forward through people who will try to put you down, which is an important part of maturing, especially in high school.

One crucial part about achieving what you want in life comes from the troubles you go through, and it is yourself who must encourage you to gain that success because it is those things that teach you lessons.
