In goal, junior Jonathan Shnaper turned in a spectacular season, recording 186 saves while serving as the backbone of the Falcon defense. Time and time again, Shnaper came up with crucial stops that kept Saddle Brook in games and allowed the offense opportunities to take control.
Perhaps most exciting for the future of the program was the emergence of sophomore Gavin Iula. Already recognized as one of New Jersey's top sophomores, Iula compiled 64 points, 44 goals, 20 assists, and 61 ground balls. His ability to contribute in every phase of the game demonstrated the bright future that lies ahead for Saddle Brook lacrosse.
The accomplishments of these players reflect not only individual talent but also the culture that Coach Nosch and his staff have built within the program. The Falcons played an unselfish brand of lacrosse, supporting one another on and off the field while consistently competing with intensity and pride.
With senior leaders setting the standard and a talented core of underclassmen poised to return, the future remains incredibly bright for Saddle Brook Boys Lacrosse. This year's team not only produced outstanding results on the scoreboard but also elevated the profile of the program across New Jersey.
Congratulations to Coach Theodore Nosch, Christopher Lamboy, Lucas LaMonte, Dylan Cerciello, Jake Rigolosi, Jonathan Shnaper, Gavin Iula, and the entire Saddle Brook Boys Lacrosse team on a memorable season. Falcon fans have plenty to be excited about as the program continues to soar to new heights.
