Grit, Growth, and a Glimpse of the Future

The Saddle Brook High School Boys Baseball team wrapped up the 2024–25 season with a 10–14 overall record and a 3–5 finish in the NJIC Liberty Division. Throughout the spring, the Falcons displayed determination, team chemistry, and a hunger to compete—qualities that promise even better days ahead for the program under Head Coach Garrett Luna.

Among the highlights of the season was a hard-fought 8–6 win over Elmwood Park and several tight contests that came down to the final innings.

The Falcons played with heart and hustle every time they took the field, earning the respect of opponents and fans alike.

At the core of Saddle Brook’s lineup was sophomore Mark Francin, who emerged as one of the top hitters in the state, earning a spot on the NJ.com leaderboard for hits. Francin also contributed as a pitcher and infielder, becoming one of the team’s most reliable and dynamic players.

The senior class provided critical leadership throughout the season.
