The postseason provided Saddle Brook with another chance to shine. In the NJSIAA North Jersey, Section 1, Group 1 Tournament, the Falcons dominated Sussex Tech with a 4–0 victory in the first round, advancing to the quarterfinals. Although their season ended with a 3–0 loss to Pequannock, the playoff run reflected the team’s determination and ability to rise to the occasion.

Individual performances also stood out across the season. Liyana Nikocaj finished as a statewide Group I statistical leader with 34 points, while teammate Sophia Sarra also ranked among the state’s best with 31 points. Their scoring ability and playmaking presence gave Saddle Brook one of the most dangerous offensive duos in New Jersey, consistently providing the spark that kept the Falcons competitive in tight matches and dominant in decisive wins.

Finishing with 11 wins, the Falcons demonstrated balance across the roster and a commitment to competing in every match. Their record shows a team that could deliver explosive offensive performances, as seen in their 7–0 opening win, while also grinding out close defensive battles, like the 1–0 victory over Rutherford. The mix of highs and lows ultimately shaped a season of growth, preparing the program for continued success.

With a foundation of strong leadership, standout individual achievements, and valuable postseason experience, Saddle Brook girls soccer has much to build on. The Falcons proved they can contend in tough tournaments and hold their own in a demanding division, leaving fans optimistic about what lies ahead in the seasons to come.
