Submitting doesn ’ t mean that you decide where and how much you submit or allow God to be a part . You are not submitted until all of you is submitted . Submission means to completely fall under the complete authority and obedience of someone else . Many people call God their Lord but a lord is someone who has authority over a kingdom . Does God really have all authority over you and your life ? God requires submission , but will never force you to be submitted . It ’ s about letting go and letting God have control of your life . He wants you
to willingly release your power in exchange for His power in your life ! Now , that ’ s a great exchange .
GIVE GOD ACCESS
When someone visits your home , you welcome them into the main areas of your home , but you probably close doors to the rooms you don ’ t want them to enter or see . On the other hand , when you come home you don ’ t have those same boundaries because it is where you live . Whether the rooms are clean or dirty , you have complete access ; you are not a visitor . God wants to abide with us not visit us when times are tough or on Sundays &
holidays .
When He has been invited in for only a visit , we allow Him to see a limited view and only control portions of our life . We allow God to have control in some areas like serving or being kind , but yet don ’ t allow him into your relationships or your giving or your management of finances . It must be ALL ! When He is invited to live and move and have our being ( Acts 17:28 ) then He has access everywhere !
