Chicken Pomegranate Salad Celebrate with these special dishes. Dressing ½ c sugar ½ c honey ½ c red wine vinegar 2 tsp mustard ¾ tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper Take about 2 ½ tbsp of dressing. Mix in 2 tbsp canola oil. Toss with 1/2 red onion, diced ½ of a large pomegranate Bag of romaine lettuce Boil 2 cups of pomegranate juice and 3 tbsp of wheat flour until mixture becomes thick. Spoon over boneless chicken breast and bake for one hour. Add arills of ½ of a large pomegranate. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
