They heard a noise coming downstairs and decided to have a look. They
went downstairs. It was the old woman, owner of the cottage.She was
preparing a huge breakfast for Hansel and Gretel. The table was full of
fresh food; bread, butter, egg, cheese, honey, jam, milk, orange juice,...
Everything looked great. Hansel and Gretel were amazed by the
breakfast table. The pancakes also smelt great!
They ran to the table and had a wonderful breakfast. Everything was very
delicious. The old woman, because she was wearing black all the time they
called her as Mrs. Black , was behaving them very nice and kind. She
knitted clothes for them. She made a ball for them to play.
