Curriculum Deadlines Deadlines for CIM Submission:
• December 4, 2026 – New Programs or Program of Study Changes for 2027-2028
• December 4, 2026 – Lab Fee Changes for Fall 2027
• December 4, 2026 – Changes to All Courses( except General Education) for Fall 2027
• December 4, 2026 – Changes to General Education Courses for 2028-2029
Curriculum Deadline Information
All curriculum deadlines are created to ensure curriculum committee reviews and committee meetings can take place prior to the creation of the Fall 2027 schedule and student registration, or to comply with State Statute.
Curriculum may be submitted after the deadlines, but it may postpone the effective date.
Exceptions will be permitted on a case-by-case basis, including state-mandated changes, urgent accreditation needs, and minor changes that do not affect the Catalog, BANNER, or student advisement.
CIM Submission does not ensure that curriculum will be approved. It is critical that faculty who submit curriculum proposals keep up with email communications about approval within CIM, committees, Administration, and the State of Florida. Finalized curriculum will be posted in the eCPR upon full completion of the process.
