destined for greatness! Folks from all
departments at the Corporate office have
noticed their new trend. Bowties! Colors
and patterns, we can’t wait to see the next

WOW, Rob and Gary really look like a million bucks. But what is priceless? The welcoming attitude and service that
the Collections team has displayed over the last few weeks.
Rocky Plouvier, Director of Compliance, has nominated the Collections Department for a WOW Factor Award. “As a
‘spooky obstacle,’ I have been spending a lot of time in the Collections department and in meetings with the management team. Everyone has been very welcoming and willing to answer any questions I may have. The entire team has
been wonderful and I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their hospitality, time, and for putting up with
the ‘spooky obstacle’.”
