6. Moving together This works well with older children who are able to co-operate with each other. Two children inside one hoop, both facing each other with the hoop touching their backs. Can they let go of the hoop and keep it at their waist level without using their hands (by pressing backwards)? Once they have achieved this set challenges of moving without dropping the hoop or using their hands. Make it even more challenging by asking the children to face away from each other keeping the hoop on their tummy. Can they still move without dropping the hoop or using their hands.
