Find Missing Rudolf By: Sophie Booth This game aims to develop children’s listening skills and team work in a fun and engaging way. Before children enter the space you will need to hide a toy reindeer for the children to find. Make sure you have chosen a place that is not too obvious as you don’t want to the game to be finished too quickly. Tell the children that Rudolf has gone missing and they all need to work together to find him so he can go back to the North Pole to help Father Christmas. Children will need to be very quiet and listen to the jingle bells which you will shake loudly when they are getting close to Rudolf and shake quietly when they are getting far away. Make sure you demonstrate these sounds before you begin the hunt. Let the children go on a hunt, encourage children to look and move around the space together and remind children they need to be quiet to hear the jingle bells.
