What is the best vacation you have ever taken?

The best vacation I ever took was to Mexico for my birthday last year. My sister bought me the trip for my birthday, and we spent an AMAZING weekend in Cabo San Lucas. We went kayaking through the arches and had dolphins swimming all around us. We also went diving with these huge whale sharks, they weren't interested in eating us; however their mouths were so large that if you swam in front of them the suction would pull you in...needless to say I had to test this theory, I felt the suction, but was quickly removed from the water and not given permission to do anymore dives.

The best vacation I ever went on is when I got to go to Italy when I was sixteen. It was an amazing trip because I have always wanted to go there, and I have always wanted to throw a coin in the Trevl fountain.

I have been on lots of great vacations/trips! I think the best one overall occured in 2006. This was when I went to Cancun with three of my best friends. Every day was so relaxing hanging out on the beach. I enjoyed every minute of the trip except when I was scammed getting off the plane. Initially, I did not understand the currency conversions. After that first hurdle it was nothing but fun! I also got to spend some time with some locals that spoke of their hopes for their childrens' future success. Their story was one that parallels the dreams of many parents around the globe and I took a lot from it.

The best vacation I have ever taken would be when I went to Florida with two of my beat friends from college. We were supposed to go to Cuba but missed our flight and decided to go to Florida instead. While in Florida we got to stay in a condo on South Beach for two nights and then went to Orlando and went to an Arabian nights dinner theater, and Disneyworld! While in Florida we also got to see the space shuttle discovery launch (from a distance - but it was still amazing). Going to Florida was the first time I left Canada and saw the ocean. It was the best trip ever!
