In addition to the usual awe-inspiring people, brands and visual stimulation the show offers, this year I was looking for more. Expo West draws the most intelligent and passionate people in the Natural Products Industry. My mission this year was to pick their brains at every opportunity. It’s become much easier to see how the organic mindset is growing, but there is still so far to go. I was searching for a common insight that might propel the movement even faster, while also laying the foundation for sustained momentum. Our health and happiness depends on it. The barriers, unfortunately, remain huge and seemingly impossible to break through, but there is a way. The great news, as it seems, is obvious, easy and actionable. So, if you’re looking for something to feel REALLY good about, that can positively redirect the course of humanity, just step up to the plate. (Pun intended.)
