Walk on the Catharine Valley Trail
July 12th- The HEART Club, Healthy Eating and Activity in Rural Towns, is a project sponsored by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Schuyler County and Cornell University. Our goal is to encourage healthy living through increased physical activity for the community of Montour and surrounding areas by promoting walks on the Catherine Valley Trail. Let’s Take a Walk/Come Walk with Us/Join a Community Walk (one of these headings). Join other individuals and families who are looking to increase activity for a healthier lifestyle, bring a friend or forge new walking friendships, boost your daily step count, it’s a free activity happening close to home, each journey begins with the first step.
