The Long Exile by Leo Tolstoy is an intreging short story about a young man being convicted of a murder. His name was Aksenof and he was a tradesman who lived in Vladimir, Russia. One day Aksenof was going to the great fair when his wife warned him about a dream she had. He was grey and alone in her dream but that didn't stop him. Halfway threw his journey, he met up with one of his tradesmen friends and decided to share a room. Aksenof left early in the morning the next day only to be questioned by police about the murder of his friend. A bloody knife was found in Aksenof's backpack.
