Governor Holcomb Appoints Bill Burns and Keith Baumann to Ohio River Greenway Development Commission
Governor Holcomb named two familiar names to the Ohio River Greenway Development Commission on June 17 , 2024 , effective 7 / 1 / 2024 . The Governor ’ s representatives , Bill Burns and Keith Baumann , will serve 4-year terms , ending June 30 , 2028 .
Bill Burns , the Clark County appointee , is a lifelong resident of Jeffersonville , Indiana . He is the owner of Southern Indiana ’ s largest RE / MAX office as Broker / Owner of RE / MAX FIRST and is currently serving on Jeffersonville ’ s City Council . Mr . Burns is also a founding board member of the River Heritage Conservancy .
Keith Baumann , the Floyd County appointee , is also a lifelong resident of Southern Indiana , having grown up in Greenville . Baumann was a project manager at Samtec and retired in 2019 after 32 years of service to the company and now works at AML Construction in a similar role .
