Globally connected and trusted by some of the world’ s leading operators and IP holders, including Merlin Entertainments, LEGO ®, Disney, Netflix and the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, Spiro creates the experiences that keep guests coming back.
That doesn’ t happen by accident. Strategy, creative, production and technical delivery work as one integrated team from the outset; not handed off in sequence but designed to reinforce each other at every stage. From always-on immersion for themed attractions and immersive experiences to cultural activations and live events, every experience is designed to pull guests deeper into the story and give them a reason to return.
Built to perform, not just to open
Successful attractions do more than entertain on opening day. They create reasons to return, extend dwell time and strengthen the longterm commercial value of the destination. That requires designing for operational longevity from the outset; technically robust, adaptable, and built to sustain guest engagement over time. From strategy and narrative development to original content and AV hardware, show control programming, lighting installation and on-site commissioning, every touchpoint is built to pull guests further into the story and back through the gate.
From concept to opening day
Full end-to-end delivery means accountability doesn’ t stop at the design stage. Spiro works across the complete project lifecycle; from narrative and world-building, content production, interactive design, AV specification and supply, show control programming, lighting and sound design and on-site delivery, remaining accountable for the experience from first brief to operational handover.
In partnership with LEGO ® and Merlin Entertainments, 2Heads, now part of Spiro, delivered a broad portfolio of immersive, story-led attractions and live experiences.
Landmark projects include Arctic Basecamp at LEGOLAND ® Billund, a fully realised world built around a single idea: exploration. Guests choose their own adventure, guided by three Arctic explorers on missions across air, land and sea. Behind the experience sits a precise system of interactive screens, show control, original animation and sound design, developed and installed in-house to ensure every interactive element worked in service of the narrative.
Galacticoaster at LEGOLAND ® Florida and LEGOLAND ® California- the largest single in-park investment in the history of either location- went even further. Three years from concept to launch, the experience puts every guest at the centre of an original LEGO ® Galaxy mission: Design your spacecraft, scan your RFID wristband, and watch your creation appear in augmented reality during the ride. From character development and an adaptive musical score to AV hardware, lighting installation and show control programming, every touchpoint was built to pull guests deeper into the story and immerse them in the experience.
Experiential work like this is the result of treating experiences as a system, not a series of one-off moments. When every element is designed to work together- narrative, technology, space and show- individual moments get stronger, guest engagement deepens, and commercial results compound over time.
