Katapult’ s inspiration and ambition has also seen the company design themed resorts, hotels and guest accommodation. As well as working on IP-based themed resorts, the team unveiled an innovative hotel room concept this year, inspired by nature. The Living Room has been designed to give guests a deeper and more personal connection to nature; it’ s beauty, it’ s incredible diversity and to inspire positive change. Guests can transform their room by choosing one of four diverse natural habitats, Aurora, Butterfly, Tropical and Marine. Integrated screens are concealed throughout with each habitat having its own atmospheric lighting, accompanying soundscape and relaxing aromas to enhance the experience. The content will have subtle animation of wildlife inhabiting the space to inspire guests into taking positive action towards protecting our precious planet, while creating a unique and inspiring hotel experience in the heart of the world’ s busiest cities.
