MONOPOLY LIFESIZED was Path ’ s first foray into location based entertainment , has quickly become one of London ’ s top attractions , and is rolling out Worldwide . Created in partnership with Hasbro , MONOPOLY LIFESIZED is a high-energy , interactive adaptation of the World ’ s favourite board game .
The experience opened in August 2021 at the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic into a building on Tottenham Court Road which was formerly Paperchase ’ s headquarters and flagship store . This vast 22,000sqft building was adapted to incorporate the experience , retail , restaurant , and bar . Guests have the option to choose to play one of four MONOPOLY LIFESIZED boards each with a different theme , before grabbing a bite to eat or a cocktail branded on the board game from the TOP HAT BAR & RESTURANT . MONOPOLY LIFESIZED also houses a dedicated retail store stocked with MONOPOLY and MONOPOLY LIFESIZED product . This unique experience drives significant footfall to Tottenham Court Road in London , supporting neighbouring retail units , and filling an otherwise empty spot on the high street . Following this success , Path are scheduled to open THE PADDINGTON BEAR EXPERIENCE to the public on May 31st at London ’ s County Hall in the site that previously housed the NAMCO Funscape arcade .
