The new event will serve the wood processing , and wood product manufacturing market segment in Saudi Arabia , running as part of a cluster of events at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Centr ), 2-4 September 2024 .
The wood and woodworking market in the Kingdom is expected to reach a value of $ 4.1bn by 2029 .
Asia – AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong will welcome Informa Markets ’ inaugural Super Terminal Expo to the territory in November 2024 .
AWE and Informa Markets signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 19 June 2023 in Paris , designed to raise awareness of the event .
The organiser says Super Terminal Expo will provide a platform for showcasing cutting-edge solutions and technologies , emphasising the importance of cross-sector collaboration in driving the growth of the transportation and logistics industries .
Asia – Singapore-based event organiser and venue group , Constellar , has appointed Paul Lee , chief executive of markets for the company .
Lee has close to 20 years of experience in the exhibitions industry across B2B and B2C , and is a specialist in driving business growth through strategy , launches and acquisitions .
He was most recently a principal consultant with the Infocomm Media Development Authority . Prior to that , Lee headed the Asia Pacific region for global organiser Comexposium , managing over 170 B2B and B2C events across 11 sectors .
