of this ‘Best Newcomer’ award sums up Carol
perfectly: in the past year, she has shown incredible
promise both within our company and in the events
industry as a whole and has quickly made herself
irreplaceable. Her can-do attitude, willingness and
sheer dedication to the job at hand has not gone
unnoticed but deserves every bit of recognition.
Sometimes this level of dedication goes without
praise, but someone with super capabilities, a desire
to learn and a genuine interest in the industry can be
hard to come by and should be nurtured.
Judges Comment: Carol has performed across a
multitude of areas within the events she has worked
on. She has taken responsibility for some key areas
of the event marketing, despite being new and this is
backed up by some good results
