Your Manual & Marketplace product was purchased by See Tickets not long after LiveBuzz became part of See Tickets , what made See Tickets and LiveBuzz a good fit ? I had a lot of experience working in partnership with the LiveBuzz team and products for many years during my career in the industry . I was always impressed with their customer centric work ethic and technology solutions , so this was the initial attraction . Knowing that LiveBuzz had been recently acquired and were backed by the powerhouse that is See Tickets ( and in turn Vivendi ) gave me confidence they were only going to move from strength to strength in the exhibition market . Indeed , we also shared many customers , so I knew this was going to be a beneficial merger for all stakeholders involved .

We believe we stand out by developing a range of services and products that have real world benefits for the organiser . This has helped us build a strong and reliable reputation within the industry . It also helps us identify areas for development , making sure we are constantly looking to the needs of organisers rather than just what suits us . This helps us deliver solutions that set us apart from the competition . An example of this was for PPMA 2022 , who have now taken advantage of our Manual & Marketplace product , introducing tangible efficiencies to their internal processes , as well as their audience . They already had firsthand experience of the value of our integrated services as we have been supplying Event Registration , Website , Exhibitor List and Seminar content modules to PPMA for several years . When they introduced the LiveBuzz Exhibitor Manual to their exhibitors , the benefits of this truly integrated solution came into play – saving them time and money , leading to greater efficiencies internally , and making the lives of their exhibitors easier .
