Uses Many marketers are already testing the benefits of ChatGPT .
Research by the Infleuncer Marketing Hub found 61.4 % of surveyed marketers have already used AI in their marketing activities . The AI tool most often used by marketers was Jasper . ai ( 32.8 %), with 44.4 % using AI for content creation and more than 60 % planning to use AI or machine learning in their influencer campaigns .
Experts predict 90 % of online content will be made by AI by 2025 .
Stephanie Bruce , marketing manager , at event marketing agency Tag Digital explains how it can help content creation .
“ ChatGPT can brainstorm creative content ideas for blogs or social posts based on a specific keyword ,” she says . “ Some of the ideas might not be relevant , but you can always give more detail and context if you have it to hand . This is great when you are in need of some inspiration .
“ You can send ChatGPT a long piece of content and ask for it to summarise the content . You can also specify how many words you would like the summary to be and in what format , for example , in bullet points .

Tag Digital chief technical office Alex Velinov has become an expert on the applications of AI to boost exhibition marketing ( read more about their successes on page 22 ).
He says we should see innovation as a tool to help us rather than fear being replaced .
“ Historically , when new tech appeared , this led to the disappearance of some jobs , but exponential growth of new jobs in general . So there is no reason to think something different is going to happen now .

is a small chance people will start doing business with machines . Machines can do some of the heavy lifting in every business , but to make business you still need interactions on a human level . “ People are still better at creating strategies compared to machines , as they can apply abstract thinking in problem solving .”
Content creation Guarav Sharma , founder and CEO of marketing agency Attrock , says that rather than seeing AI as a threat , content creators can use it as a “ highly efficient assistant to enhance their productivity ”.
He says AI ’ s capacity to process and analyse data can be leveraged to create customer-specific content .
“ With a cookieless future in the offing , you can be assured that you ’ ll be able to capture customer data all while abiding by regulations .”
Sharma adds that natural language generation ( NLG ) processes can automate content writing processes .
