Miriam Sigler has hardly paused for a second to reflect on the 10th anniversary of the company she founded because she “ needed a new challenge ”. After many failed attempts to catch up , I finally caught her fresh off the back of nine shows in 14 days . Sigler and Gill Geens had both been working in operations at Clarion when they look the leap and started out alone in 2012 .
Sigler had a background running a vast range of events , from political

conferences to outdoor events , and knew she could go her own way . Geens , who was starting a famility , seized the opportunity to join her and they haven ’ t had a second to look back .
They now run operations across a vast range of events , from babies to brides and counter terrorism to classic cars – and keep learning and adapting along the way .
Sigler says : “ I always wanted to run my own business and be a bit more free . Gill had a young family at the time and wanted the
