With more than 1,200 responses , we now have robust and credible data stating with clarity exactly what employees have now and what they should expect from their next career step . It has also been designed to inform employers , equipping them with the data they need to stay ahead of shifting post-pandemic employment landscape if they wish to attract and crucially retain the right talent .
