AIME 2026
Standout experiences for EAs The 2026 show floor has been redesigned to enhance navigation, discovery, and networking. Returning zones have expanded footprints, including The Boutique, featuring over 40 exhibitors specialising in venues and experiences, and the DMC Network, with more than 30 destination management companies. A dedicated Tech Zone returns, alongside a larger Hotel Zone, reflecting the growing demand for accommodation and hospitality solutions.
Show floor activations provide added value for EAs, with the AIME Ideas Academy on the Floor, presented by Spice Magazine, returning in an expanded format, delivering fast-paced discussions and practical insights. On Tuesday 10 February, An Eventful Life podcast will record a live episode on the show floor, adding to the buzz and offering fresh perspectives on industry trends.
Beyond the tradeshow, AIME’ s Welcome Event on Monday evening is a highlight of the week, offering upgraded visitor buyers a unique chance to network with peers and industry leaders in a relaxed and memorable setting.
Knowledge Monday: Expertise Matters Professional learning is a central focus for AIME 2026. Knowledge Monday, opening the event on 9 February, delivers sessions designed to enhance leadership, influence, and expertise – critical skills for EAs supporting executives at the highest level.
Keynote speakers include Dan Haesler, leadership coach to elite organisations; Milo Wilkinson, behavioural scientist and futurist; and Kristina Karlsson, founder of kikki. K and Dream Life, who will share insights into resilience, decision-making, and purposeful leadership.
“ With Knowledge Monday and our expanded exhibition, AIME 2026 is not just an event – it’ s a space for EAs to strengthen their professional toolkit, connect with peers and suppliers, and lead with confidence,” Calder says.
As the global MICE community prepares to gather in Melbourne, AIME 2026 reinforces its reputation as the premier platform for expertise, innovation, and human connection – proving that for Executive Assistants, expertise truly matters. S
