There will be 20 breakout sessions across four key categories – Upskilling , Workplace Management , Industry Matters , and Self-Leadership – so attendees can tailor their learning experience . Another highlight of the Knowledge Programme will be Janene Wardrop ’ s breakout session , The Z Factor : How to Lead Gen Z in Your Teams . As Programme Manager of Events at the International College of Management Sydney ( ICMS ), Janene Wardrop is a highly experienced mentor and educator . She was recently named Best Event Management Trainer at the Tourism Training Australia Awards 2025 , recognising her exceptional ability to guide and inspire the next generation of event professionals .
With extensive experience in mentoring and training , Wardrop is ideally positioned to address the growing need for leadership strategies tailored to Gen Z employees in the business events industry . In her session , Wardrop tackles the common misconceptions surrounding Gen Z in the workforce .
MENOPAUSE- FRIENDLY WORKPLACES
Among the highlights of the 2025 Knowledge Programme is the highly anticipated panel discussion , Creating a Menopause-Friendly Workplace , a session that will empower business leaders to create inclusive environments for employees navigating menopause .
