AIME 2025 set to be a blockbuster

The Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event ( AIME ) is set to cement its status as the number one business event in the Asia Pacific region with a blockbuster 2025 lineup .
Held in Australia at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre ( MCEC ) in February , AIME 2025 will have an expanded footprint accommodating more than 600 exhibitors , 650 hosted buyers and the 20,000 meetings that are set to take place on the show floor .
AIME is kicking off with a bang on February 10 with its Knowledge Programme , curated by BEAMexperience Founder El Kwang . This carefully designed learning and development experience is created with input from an eight-member Advisory Committee of leading industry experts from across the Asia Pacific region . This committee , including figures like Paul Boustani from Atlassian and Sarah Markey-Hamm from ICMS , ensures the programme delivers impactful content that resonates with the 1,500 global event professionals expected to attend .
The Knowledge Programme is structured to provide attendees with actionable insights and strategies for success in the ever-evolving MICE landscape . AIME Event Director Silke Calder says the Knowledge Programme has gone from strength to strength , with this year ’ s agenda set to provide unparalleled insights , inspiration and intelligence for event professionals .

Two inspiring keynote speakers , Gus Balbontin and Dr Kristy Goodwin , will open the day by exploring adaptability , performance , and well-being as crucial elements in industry resilience . Drawing from his experience as CTO at Lonely Planet , Balbontin will deliver his keynote ADAPT , presented by ICMI , sharing practical insights on how businesses can stay agile and innovative amid the relentless pace of change .
Dr Goodwin , supported by Ovations !, will present her keynote , Powered-Up Performers : The Neuroscience of Sustainable Peak-Performance in a Digital Age , featuring science-backed strategies to optimise productivity , manage stress , and sustain energy in the high-pressure world of business events and incentives .
