Doltone House Venue
and Catering Collection has
announced a new partnership
with entertainment, sporting and
recreation venue, Club Marconi
in Western Sydney.
Doltone House will take over
all functions at Club Marconi,
which is the largest sports club in
Sydney. Executive Chairman of
Doltone House, Paul Signorelli,
said the partnership was built on
the back of a shared history.
“The Signorelli family, owners
of Doltone House, are very proud
to continue the legacy of our
father, the late Biaggio Signorelli,
an Italian migrant of the 1950s and
an original Marconi member, with
the opportunity to serve the local
community with our premium
event services,” Mr Signorelli
said. This new partnership is set
to please many already existing,
as well as new, Doltone House
clients. “Many of our clients have
asked us over the years to bring
Doltone House closer to them and
we are very pleased to have this
exciting opportunity in which to

New event space on
Hamilton Island
Construction is underway on a $3.5 million event
space on Hamilton Island. The Beach Pavilion will
offer either a fully enclosed or open-air venue,
with concertina doors providing flexible indoor-
outdoor arrangements. Situated on the waterfront
overlooking Catseye Beach, the venue is set to
open at the beginning of next year.

Brand new overwater bungalows
in Tahiti
Accor has announced the reopening of Tahiti lo
Ora Beach Resort by Sofitel’s luxury over-water
bungalows. The multi-million dollar makeover has
seen a refreshed style and vision for the resort’s
over-water experience. The bungalows feature
glass panels and private terraces for guests to
experience the lagoon’s underwater ecosystem.
Hilton celebrates 100 th anniversary
On May 31, Hilton celebrated their centennial by
taking ‘Acts of Hospitality’ outside of their hotels,
and announcing the formation of The Hilton
Effect Foundation. The foundation will provide
grants to programmes around the world that are
creating opportunities for youth, aiding in disaster
recovery, and supporting water stewardship and
sustainability.
