Two new Hyatt properties
open in Manchester
Two Hyatt hotels have opened their
doors in Manchester, UK, the Hyatt
Regency Manchester and the Hyatt
House Manchester.
The Hyatt House Manchester marks
the debut of the Hyatt House brand in
the UK, which caters guests looking
to stay for longer periods, featuring
fully equipped ‘apartment style’
accommodation.
The 116 room Hyatt House has
been built in Manchester’s trademark
building, The Lume.
The 212 room Hyatt Regency
Manchester is designed for business
and corporate travellers, promising to
make travel stress-free by providing
guests with everything they need
under one roof. The hotel is designed
to make guests feel at home, offering
residents ‘apartment style’ living
paired with amenities that help them
maintain work and personal routines
while on the road.
Situated in the Innovation District,
both hotels are close to Manchester’s
major transportation hubs and provide
easy access to major attractions such as
the Manchester Museum, the Whitworth
Art Gallery and famous football
stadiums that are home to champion
Premier League teams, Manchester City
and Manchester United.
The properties offer a variety
of shared facilities, including The
Laureate Restaurant, The Graduate Bar,
seven state-of-the-art meeting rooms

Beach, 15 minutes from Samui
International Airport, Meliá
Koh Samui is a 159 room and 41
suite property that features a
variety of facilities, including two
restaurants, an executive lounge,
a beach club and swim-up bar, a
spa and a fitness centre.
Event planners can take
advantage of extensive
conference facilities, with seven
multi-functional rooms including
a room with unique beachfront
views, a ballroom that can
accommodate up to 200 guests
and an outdoor poolside and
beachfront function space.
Guests can also unwind in
two outdoor swimming pools,
including a large lagoon pool that
loops like a river through the
resort’s tropical gardens.

Radisson brings RED brand to Perth
Radisson Hotel Group is set to introduce its
contemporary and creative Radisson RED brand
to Australia for the first time, following the signing
of Radisson RED West Perth. Scheduled to open in
2022, the 129 room hotel will allow guests to keep

New beachfront hotel on
Philippines’ ‘most famous island’
In 2021, Dusit International will operate Dusit
Princess Boracay hotel on the west coast of the
Philippines’ famed paradise island, Boracay.
The new beachfront hotel will comprise 120
guest rooms offering high levels of comfort and

Hobart welcomes brand new
luxury hotel
Set to open in September, The Tasman will offer
152 luxurious guest rooms inside a historic 1800s
building, with carefully restored features. With an
