Meet & greet Nicaragua
On 26 February 2016, Prof. Johan Bastiaensen hosted a meet & greet session in Nicaragua.
It was a nice chance to meet old friends again and prof. Bastiaensen also updated the alumni on future
plans for more intensified partnership relations with the Universidad CentroAmericana (UCA).

On 17 March 2016, alumna Rose Nambooze
presented her current work for the Angel’s
centre for children with special needs
to interested IOB students, staff and
other participants. She talked about how
she herself started the centre and how
gradually they built up a centre not only
working to provide the children the care and
education they deserve but also to advocate
and claim their rights … on the streets but
even all the way into the Parliament. Did
