Aussie Disposals have a one-day sale. Volunteers required.
Committee positions. At AGM a number of existing members are not standing for re-election and nominations are required. Treasurer most important and a replacement is required urgently as current treasurer Kenton Lillecrapp will be away and training/handover is important.
FWDV have a committee position training session in October.
Club person Award - Ed Reddick awarded for his Muster efforts. Steven Sellars for his assistance in a vehicle recovery.
Magazine out in June.
Challenge sub-committee required to determine if we are to run this event. Without a committee, it will not run. Members needed to put their hands up to be involved. Past President Russell Chatfield put his hand up to run this Challenge and queried if the committee would run this again and advised he requires three section leaders. Three club members put their hands up. Action plan required if this event is to continue.

Was a member of the Pajero Club some 20 years ago and drove a NL. Firstly, what is Linx? An integration unit which comes in a case and a standalone screen. Most asked question worldwide is what happens if it jumps out of the window? Touch screen (split screen) controls lockers and other accessories and highlights pressure with the air compressor activating automatically. Comes with accessories such as a pressure regulation valve which enables the inflation and deflation of tyres. Also allows for manual operation of lockers. Bluetooth operation. Has an additional six switches controlling fog lights, rear lights etc. Battery monitor as well with low charge alarm. Built in GPS. Can control up to four suspension air bags. Requires an additional system. Pumps air bags for towing. Upgradable via wifi and will have a clock feature and inclinometer with pitch & roll with an alarm when update available in a month or so. TPMS and fridge monitor coming as well. Android device. Not available as an app. Will work up to 80 degrees Celsius. Adjustable as a global product. If it jumps out if the window? Everything stored in unit, not operating screen. Manual override can be achieved by operating the manual switch 10 times. Magnetic screen holder is robust. Hold My Phone is a good site to source mounting hardware. Factory diff locks can be integrated.
Question and answer session was basically on technical issues. Safety protocols for updates important to be right and require a lot of work. Cost around $1.1k. Fit say 4-5 hours @ $110 per hour. Water resistant but not waterproof.
