Day 2 After Vinnie Polito, SISO executive director, presented a $ 2,500 cheque to Teachers Treasures, a local charity in lieu of speaker gifts, Ken Holsinger, SVP – Strategy – Freeman, shared their latest research on‘ Architecting Serendipity’. While networking is the number one driver of visitor retention, 96 % of all organisers have no one running it. |

Since a dismal 70 % of first-time visitors do not return for a second edition, they recommend organisers enable guided networking and connections to improve retention.
Innovative Sales Approaches that Drive Revenue featured leaders from Emerald and RX Americas sharing how to create new revenue sources by expanding to adjacent sectors, and success in pairing data with consultative selling, respectively.
Other sessions included a case study of using survey results to increase visitor retention, a couple of sessions on AI, and at day ' s end, Explori and CEIR took the stage revealing the latest industry data.

Day 3 Sessions ran the gamut of a US politics briefing, to using data to prove exhibitor ROI, Hervé Sedky interviewing industry legend Doug Emslie, to expo launch case studies, to integrating an acquisition( be kind!), to Chris Skeith sharing UFI’ s Global Barometer with a focus on the US market. The day ended with a return to facilitating and enhancing peer-topeer networking. |
