we were awarded the designation of Sustainability High Performer according to the strict criteria of the Berlin Convention Office ’ s certification programme , Sustainable Meetings Berlin . In the area of exhibitions , we eradicated single-use plastic , as well as introduced food management and waste reduction practices .
What trends do you see shaping the future of exhibitions and events at Estrel Berlin ? Technology will play an everincreasing role . Events will become more interactive .
What strategies are you adopting to remain competitive and innovative in the face of global competition ? The addition of the Estrel Tower , opening at the end of 2025 will complete our strategy to offer a fully “ all under one roof ” solution – Expo Space , Hotels , Restaurants , and Show Theatre - all within one cohesive complex . In addition , incorporating state-of-the-art technologies in all areas will enable us to stay ahead of the curve in offering the most competitive product and service available in the exhibition world .
