T he Global Industry Performance Review ( GIPR ) by jwc continues to be a cornerstone of knowledge for professionals and stakeholders in the exhibition industry . The 2024 edition was officially made available from 24 January 2025 and has been refined and expanded , building on the success of previous editions , to deliver valuable insights and comprehensive analysis of the exhibition industry .

While European markets are stagnating , regions like the Middle East and parts of Asia are projected to experience robust growth as new venue capacities come online . North America is expected to see moderate growth , whereas the key markets in South America are expected to expand significantly . Differences in net rented space and revenue growth are evident across all regions , with revenues having returned to prepandemic levels globally . However , space recovery is anticipated by 2025 in all regions except Europe .
