Eversight Illinois selected as
Governor’s Project
Pam Graney, District Governor of
Lions District 1-D, has designated
Eversight Illinois as her Governor’s
Project for the 2016-2017 Lions year.
Pam Graney
“We are both honored and humbled
to have been selected by Pam as her charity of choice,”
said Diane Hollingsworth, Eversight Illinois Executive
Director. “With her backing we are sure to make
remarkable progress with our charitable endeavors in
the coming months.”
Throughout the year Graney
will work to uphold the
theme “Community Impact,
Global Reach.” She will strive
to increase awareness about
the work done at Eversight
Illinois and raise funds to
benefit our mission. She hopes her efforts will create
a legacy of support for Eversight Illinois for years to
come.

“People who are blind will have their vision restored
because of the work we are doing right here in our
district,” Graney said. “It is gratifying to think that we as
Lions can help to make this transformation occur. Our
partnership with Eversight Illinois is truly exciting!”
