The ingredients ( for the dough ) :
300 g flour 00
200 g of durum wheat semolina
4 large whole eggs
3 large egg yolks

700/800 g of braised meat ( priest's hat )
1 large onion
2 carrots
1 cup white wine
the crumb of two bread
1 glass of milk
300 g of sausage
Salt And Pepper enough

80 g parmesan cheese

PREPARATION
