TIRAMISÙ

INGREDIENTS;

• mascarpone 500 gr

• savoiardi biscuits 300 gr

• sugar 150g

• 6 fresh egg yolks

• 4 spoons of marsala

• 4 cups of coffe

• unsweetened cocoa powder

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until they become white and fluffy.

Add the Marsala, then the mascarpone and mix to obtain a smooth cream.

Prepare the coffee and let it cool. Pour the cold coffee in a large bowl; drench gradually the savoiardi biscuits on both sides, quickly, to avoid them to get too wet, then place them on the bottom of a rectangular baking dish, adjacent to each other.
