POLENTA

INGREDIENTS

Water 2 l

Olive oil ev. 1 spoon

Salt, 1 spoon

Corn flour 1/2 kg

PREPARATION:

1. Put on fire a pot with some water and make it boile.

2. Add a spoon of salt, a spoon of olive oil and add the corn flour slowly mixing.

3. Keep mixing in the same way (if the polenta start to became too tough add some water to make it more soft)

4. After 40 minuts of mixing you can choose if serve it or continue cook for others 20 minuts.

5. Serve it hot and on the traditional chopping wood.
