that
humans
sleep
habits
are
worse
than
ever.
Sleeping
too
little
can
hurt
your
brain
or
shorten
your
life.
Scientists
at
University
of
Pennsylvania
School
of
Medicine
have
studying
mice
and
let
them
sleep
for
only
four
to
five
hours
in
three
days.
That’s
a
normal
night
workers
sleep
schedule.
After
the
study
the
mice
had
lost
a
quarter
of
the
cells
of
the
locus
coeruleus,
a
part
of
the
brain
that
is
associated
with
alertness
and
cognitive
function.
There
are
many
explanations
why
people
don’t
sleep
well
and

different
between
adults
and
teenagers.
