History Zhol" (Bright Path), a new economic policy that implies massive state investment in infrastructure over the next several years. The "Nurly Zhol" policy is accepted as pre- ventive measures needed to help steer the economy to- wards sustainable growth in the context of the modern glo- bal economic and geopolitical challenges, such as the 25%- reduction in the oil price, reciprocal sanctions between the West and Russia over Ukraine, etc.The policy embraces all aspects of economic growth, including finances, indus- try and social welfare, but especially esemphasises invest- ments into the development of infrastructure and construc- tion works. Given recent decreases in revenues from the export of raw materials, funds will be used from Kazakhstan's National Fund. President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a guarantor of the Constitution. The Constitution - is the fundamental ¹9 (15) 2016 law of practically any modern state, as well as the guaran- tor of stability tomorrow. In its first article that states that Kazakhstan is a democratic, secular, legal and social state whose highest values are its people. "As the guarantor of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I will firmly demand that all strict compliance with its provisions," - said the leader of our country. Kazakhstan has its own state sym- bols: the flag, emblem and anthem. They reflect the inde- pendence and freedom of nation states. In my opinion our country is multinational, and this is another advantage, because we are all united in our home- land wit h friendship, respect, mutual assistance and com- mon culture. In Kazakhstan, more than fifteen million people, representatives of more than a hundred nationalities live as one big family.
