Ipoh is known for its beansprouts chicken (among other food items) and the locals will often tell you to skip the touristy places because it doesn’t do justice to the real deal. Cowan Street Ayam Tauge & Koitiau came highly recommended.

I am pretty sure that everyone will be familiar with “mee rebus” right? Why would you not be, if this is a popular noodle dish in Singapore and, of course Malaysia. But do have any idea in mind on where you can taste mouth-wateringly delicious mee rebus? Well, you don’t have to search further, as we already scouted the must- go – to food stalls in Johor Bahru for a bowl of savoury boiled noodles, or the so- called Mee Rebus!
